PENNSYLVANIA — Thanks to President Biden’s Build Back Better agenda, including the historic Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, Pennsylvania is coming back. Just last month, President Biden signed the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, which will make needed improvements to Pennsylvania’s roads, bridges, and railways. Thanks to the American Rescue Plan and the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, Pennsylvanians are getting a leg up to be healthier, better connected, and poised to win the competition for the 21st century because of President Biden and Democrats.
