NEW: DAVID MCCORMICK PROMISES TO REPEAL INFRASTRUCTURE LAW, THREATENS SOCIAL SECURITY AND MEDICARE

McCormick: “The Number One Thing You Do With a Senate Majority…Is You Roll Back…the Infrastructure Bill.”

PENNSYLVANIA — In an interview yesterday on the John Fredericks Radio Show, David McCormick said his first priority if elected Senator of Pennsylvania would be to repeal the landmark Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. He also supported putting Social Security and Medicare on the chopping block.

Pennsylvania Democratic Party spokesperson Maddy McDaniel issued the following statement:

“Connecticut hedge fund executive David McCormick doesn’t care about working families in Pennsylvania — he only cares about his own bottom line and enriching his wealthy Wall Street friends. Pennsylvania voters don’t want a Senator who would repeal a law that will bring thousands of good-paying jobs to Pennsylvania for the next decade and would threaten Social Security and Medicare.”

Listen to the interview HERE:

McCormick: “The number one thing you do with a Senate Majority and a House Majority and a Republican president in the White House, is you roll back […] the infrastructure bill.”

[…]

McCormick: “So the path through this is […] a tightening of the belt […] And as I said, there’s entitlements and a number of other drivers of that.”
