PENNSYLVANIA — Today, Pennsylvania Democratic Party Chair Nancy Patton Mills released the following statement in response to reports that Vice President Pence plans to visit Reading on Saturday:
“We’re still struggling through a historic recession, more jobs than ever are getting shipped overseas, and the Trump administration is actively trying to rip away our health care in the midst of a once-in-a-century pandemic. But whenever President Trump and Vice President Pence come to Pennsylvania, voters don’t get solutions, just more broken promises. Families in Berks County and around Pennsylvania are tired of this failed leadership and that’s why they’ll vote them out in November.”
