After Report On Connections To White Nationalists, Barletta Gives Exclusive Response To White Nationalist Publication, Rallies With Top White Nationalist

Yesterday, hours after CNN reported on Congressman Barletta’s longtime connections to neo-Nazis, Holocaust deniers, and white supremacists, Barletta attended a rally with a leading white nationalist and conspiracy theorist. After the rally, Breitbart, the leading white nationalist website, published an exclusive response from the Barletta campaign to the report.

In response, Pennsylvania Democratic Party spokesman Max Steele released the following statement:

“Congressman Barletta cannot claim he condemns white nationalists while rallying with white nationalists and giving exclusive interviews to the leading white nationalist publication. Congressman Barletta cannot claim he’s condemned hate while saying he’s ‘proud’ to sit on the board of a hate group. And Barletta cannot claim he would be a Senator for all Pennsylvanians when he’s spent more than a decade associating with neo-Nazis, Holocaust deniers, and anti-immigrant extremists.

“Pennsylvanians deserve far better than Congressman Barletta and his hateful extremist allies.”
